Cancellation & Refund Policy
We at GRED eLearning understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. This policy outlines the conditions for cancellations and refunds for our online courses.
Cancellation by You (Student):
- Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund within 15 days of purchasing a course, as long as you haven’t accessed any of the course materials (videos, lectures, downloadable content).
- No Refund: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds once you have accessed any course materials. This includes watching videos, downloading content, completing quizzes, or participating in discussions.
Cancellation by GRED eLearning:
In the rare event that GRED eLearning needs to cancel a course, you will be notified via email and receive a full refund for your purchase.
How to Request a Cancellation:
To request a cancellation and process a refund, please contact our Support Team at elearning@gred.co.in with your full name, the course title, and your reason for cancellation.
Important Notes:
- All refunds will be processed within 15 business days of receiving your cancellation request.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
