Welcome to GRED eLearning!

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GRED eLearning platform (the “Platform”) and the online courses offered thereon (the “Courses”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

1. Enrollment and Payment

  • To enroll in a Course, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
  • You will be able to view the price and payment options for each Course before enrolling.
  • Payment must be made in full using the available payment methods before accessing the Course materials.
  • GRED eLearning reserves the right to change the price of Courses at any time.

2. Course Access and Completion

  • Upon successful enrollment and payment, you will be granted access to the Course materials for the designated period as stated in the Course description.
  • Course materials may include videos, lectures, readings, quizzes, assignments, and other resources.
  • Completion of a Course may require satisfying specific criteria, such as completing assignments or quizzes with a minimum score.
  • GRED eLearning reserves the right to update or modify Course content at any time.

3. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Platform, including Course materials, is the intellectual property of GRED eLearning or its licensors and protected by copyright laws.
  • You may not download, copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Course materials without the express written consent of GRED eLearning.
  • You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Course materials for your personal learning purposes only.

4. User Conduct

  • You agree to use the Platform in a respectful and lawful manner.
  • You are prohibited from sharing your login credentials with others.
  • You may not engage in any activity that disrupts the Platform or interferes with other users’ access to Courses.
  • GRED eLearning reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform for violating any of these Terms.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The Platform and Courses are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. GRED eLearning disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  • GRED eLearning does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the Course materials.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • GRED eLearning will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or Courses.
  • This includes, but is not limited to, damages for lost profits, business interruption, loss of data, personal injury, or property damage.

7. Termination

  • GRED eLearning may terminate these Terms and your access to the Platform at any time for any reason.
  • You may terminate these Terms by stopping your use of the Platform.
